At Ground Level Equine, we want you to feel confident in your learning experience. Please review the refund policy below before enrolling in any course.

1. Digital Course Refunds

Because our courses include immediate access to downloadable materials, videos, and proprietary content, all sales are generally final.

However, we understand that situations vary. If you feel a course is not a good fit, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded the majority of course materials or completed a significant portion of the content.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email: [email protected].  Include your name, the course title, and a brief explanation of your request.

We will respond within 5–7 business days.

3. Non‑Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Completed courses

  • Courses where substantial content has been accessed or downloaded

  • Promotional or discounted purchases

  • Gifted or transferred enrollments

4. Course Updates and Access

If a course is updated after your purchase, you will continue to have access to the updated materials at no additional cost.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems accessing your course, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Technical issues alone do not qualify for a refund unless we are unable to restore access.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy at any time. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of any changes.
